Photography Request

Requests for photos to be taken during the regular weekday schedule – Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. – should be made at least four business days in advance. Requests for evening and weekend services, at least seven business days in advance. It is recommended that requests be submitted as early as possible.

University photographers are in high demand and unfortunately are not able to fill all requests. Priority is given to high profile events and projects. A reply email will be sent within two business days letting you know if your request is approved.

Include the following details in your request:

  • Date and specific location of the event
  • What department is requesting the event.
  • Time the photographer would need to arrive. If the event is more than one hour, please select a specific time frame the photographer should plan to be there for the best photo opportunities.
  • Name, email and phone number of the contact person the day of the event. Include cell phone numbers if the event is after hours or on a weekend. The contact person must be present at the event.
  • Detailed description of the event.
  • How will the photos be used?
  • When do you need the edited photos?
